Final (Analysis)

1)
My best work by miles has to be the Pointillism Project. I spent so much time and effort into making sure I sacrificed absolutely no quality (quite literally put blood and sweat into it, no tears... no tears). the reason I went so heavy into the realism was to capture the expression and the emotion that it appeared he was feeling, and I think I did a good job at doing so! The key to doing this I learned in a prior art class, being that you focus on small bits of detail at a time, then when finished with a large area, review, then touch up. this was he process I used constantly specifically to achieve the highest quality that I could put out at this stage in my art career!

2)
My artistic goals are simple, I never want to reach the point where I don't think I could improve anymore. for a career I intend on starting my own company with no specialization! I genuinely want to conquer all mediums of art with project ranging from printing, to animation, to fashion design, to music, and even dance and film! I set the bar this high specifically because I know I can't even achieve this, not to put myself down, but to prove myself wrong!

3)
I'll start with the effectiveness,  believe I was effective in displaying the massive change in medical ethics over time. the rust and chrome on the two snakes did a great job at representing that. The whole assignment was specifically aimed at women's health and the advancement in how women are treated in the medical community. I would say the one thing I learned from the assignment over all else is, by far, how technological advancement was a major role in the changing of medical ethics. it seems that with the newer practices came more compassion and acceptance of everyone in the field and being treated. I personally didn't care much for the assignment, not because of the subject (I actually enjoyed the subject quite much) but the lack of guidelines for the assignment. It also didn't help that the original project was lost due to file corruption, meaning I had to completely start from scratch again, but things happen.

Medical Ethics assignment

I didn't care much for this assignment, but I do think the end product was relatively alright, not as clean or polished as my first attempt (which got corrupted), but the same message is still displayed just as effectively.

Scratch board

unfortunately I wasn't able to finish it do to the immense amount of time I spent on the gorilla, however what I was able to finish was pretty close to the picture!
